Watch out if you're sending stuff for quotes! The head of client services, Mark Salirano, is quite unpleasant. Not only does he offer lowball estimates, but he also refuses to accept many items for quoting, only to turn them down later! He gripes about how long it takes him to process estimates, while we, the ones sending items, have to deal with their super frustrating system that makes it feel like it takes ages to submit anything. Save yourself the hassle and go with Fashionphile instead; their quotes are way better, and honestly, this guy's attitude is just not worth it!
